Our Delivery Services

Home Delivery

Riders in selected countries can now order qualifying products online on a 24/7 basis and get them delivered to their chosen address in the covered area.

Products available to be ordered with our direct shipping service include components, accessories, apparel and selected framesets.

Click & Collect

Complete bikes can be ordered online and collected from a participating local retailer in selected countries. Click and Collect offers all the benefits of online shopping combined with the personal contact and service of a specialist retailer.

Only complete bicycles can be shipped to your chosen retailer. Please place a separate order for any additional products (parts, accessories, clothing).  

Once the retailer receives your bike, they will assemble it and contact you within 48 hours to arrange collection. Both you and your retailer will be emailed with Order Confirmation, and Shipment Tracking information so you're always in the loop.

Shipping Lead Times

Your order will be processed at the best possible speed. In general, your parcel will leave our warehouse 3 days after your order is placed and be delivered within 3-5 days.

Cost

Home Delivery

A shipping and handling fee of USD10.00 is charged for any order below USD150.00, free shipping applies to orders above USD150.00.

Click & Collect

All Click & Collect orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.

 

Returns

Home Delivery

You have the opportunity to return an order within 14 days after delivery.
To initiate your return, please log-in to your customer account and request a return. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (R/A) number and will be provided further instructions.

Products must be returned unused, without any damage, in saleable condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached. If you received a damaged product, contact our customer service team for instructions.

After confirming that returned product is unused/new condition, without any damage, is in saleable condition and in the original packaging with all labels still attached, we will issue a full refund.

BMC reserves its right to refuse a cancellation if the product is not returned in perfect condition. Should returned products need any form of repair or replacing parts, the resulting costs or any further expenses in connection with the returned product are to be carried by the customer.

Click & Collect

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after collection. To start the process, request a return in your customer account.

Return the product to the retailer you originally collected your order from for inspection.

After confirming that returned product is unused, with no mark of damage and in saleable condition, the retailer will notify us and we will issue a full refund.

BMC reserves its right to refuse a cancellation if the product is not returned in perfect condition. Should returned products need any form of repair or replacing parts, the resulting costs or any further expenses in connection with the returned product are to be carried by the customer.
